About Us

We are a Christ based community who believe in straight talk and reading the Bible as our instruction guide for life. We focus daily on spreading the gospel message, while we wait for Jesus to return. Our mission is to help one another grow in faith, to love one another as Jesus loves us all, and to provide for all those in need of rest, comfort, or healing. We organize fundraisers, exciting community-building events, like our popular kids rodeos, and the Mabank Rodeo Christian Family fun night. We also have an active youth ministry program available with teen Bible study on Wednesday nights for ages 12-18 during which there is also a church held Bible study in the sanctuary led by Pastor Mike.  We also offer a program for our kiddos on Sunday morning during service for ages 4-12. We are led in faith by our Pastor Mike Nelson, who preaches the gospel as it is written, and is our spiritual advisor along with his wife Sandy.

So, whether you find a place on one team or multiple, there's always a need and a place for you. We'll help you find a way to volunteer on a team that best suits you.
